Scheduling Visits: All visitations must be scheduled through NCIC.com. Visitors are required to create an account, upload a valid photo ID, and a face photo for approval.

Onsite Visits:

  • Each inmate is allowed one 15-minute onsite video visit per week.
  • Visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Onsite visits are free of charge.

Remote Visits:

  • Remote video visitation is available at a rate of $0.30 per minute.
  • Scheduled through NCIC.com.

Clergy Visits: Clergy members must call 24 hours in advance to schedule a visit, which will be conducted via the video visitation system.
