  • Detainees cannot receive incoming calls. To leave an urgent message, call (928) 627-2101 and provide the detainee’s full name, A#, your name, and a callback number.
  • For general information about a detainee, call (928) 627-2101 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Be prepared with the detainee’s full name, aliases, date of birth, and country of birth.

💰 Sending Money to Detainees

Options for Depositing Funds:

  • By Mail: Send a money order payable to the detainee, including their full name and A#, to the facility’s mailing address. Do not send personal checks or cash.
  • Online: Deposit funds electronically via Access Corrections.

Note: Personal checks and cash are not accepted and will be returned to the sender.
